RPC (Reactive Powder Concrete) material is made of cement, ground quartz powder, silica fume and superplasticizer, supplemented by appropriate curing system. Because of increasing the fineness and reactivity of components, it is called reactive powder concrete (RPC).
2. Technical characteristics of RPC preparation
RPC is composed of ultra-fine reactive powder, cement, high-quality fine aggregate, high-strength fiber, etc. it is a high-tech composite material combined with super fine-grained densification material and fiber-reinforced technology through optimized gradation design and high-temperature heat sealing. It has the characteristics of ultra-high strength, high toughness, high durability and high volume stability.
3. Raw materials:
Cement
Special mineral additives: a variety of active minerals independently developed by youlinsheng, Germany, are prepared by active combination experiments and calculation of the best particle size distribution.
Aggregate: standard sand; fine quartz sand, particle size range of 0 ~ 1250 μ m, three particle sizes.
Steel fiber: fine round steel fiber.
